The dangers of the Strip

This article is just sick. A guy drove into a crowd of people on the Strip on purpose. One dead and 13 injured, I think 3 are in critical condition. This is a constant worry of mine when I'm on the Strip. The sidewalks are constantly crowded, and there are hardly any barriers between the Bvld and the sidewalk. If a free show is going on, like the Sirens show at Treasure Island, forget it, you're walking on the street. If this had been on a weekend evening, it would have been much worse. I think we're going out Friday night to the Strip....I think I'll stick to one Casino.

Yeah there is a monorail, but it only follows along apart of the strip and it's new so not many people relalize it's there. There are walkways that go over most of the streets on the strip, but not all of them. There are some under contruction down by Fashion Show Mall and the Wynn. Now the city is talking about how to make the stip sidewalks safer, yeah so it takes now 2 dead people to make things happen....figures.

I don't get some people, I think they are just wrong in the head. France is kind of like what you describe, stay as far away from the street as you can because they are crazy there!

BTW, I am not reading your lost postings :P cuz I don't want to ruin it for me when I do get the chance to see the season..
